MinekoVery nice scan even if I think it´s a little too blurry, and great background! You have done so good work with the stock photo, it doesn´t look like a photo now and it´s a nice thing ^^ I think it goes well with the scan. I love the colours of the wallpaper, they are so pretty and warm... and kind of brown-ish.
Nice little details in this wallpaper... I like those trees. There is something a little wrong with the perspect I think... The pilar and the wall seem to have a different perpective... or something. But it´s not a big problem :)

Mineko:^^ One of the characters (the one who is the nearest) has some kind of green glowing, which looks a little weird, I think but besides that the wallpaper is outstanding!

Mickyoko: The green glow is an artistic way of showing ambience and as well to create a mood. Those reflections are used often to blend in backgrounds as well as create contrast with the main visual. If you happen to surf the net for digital paintings as well as traditional ones you will then see the application of that coloring in most works often in the violet color range.
